Founder & Lead Reading Specialist
Kelly Ludlam
Kelly has her Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. As an advocate for personalized education, she brings her extensive pedagogical background to Ludlam Learning Hub to ensure every child has access to top-tier academic support.
Experience
Kelly worked 31 years in the public school system in Florida, two years in private school, and two years as a private tutor. She has taught grades 1–3, as well as Pre-K–6 STEM and Gifted programs. Her specialized expertise includes serving as a Technology Specialist and District-Level Specialist for both Reading and Professional Learning.
Certifications
Elementary Education 1–6, Middle Grades Math, Gifted Endorsement, and Reading Endorsement.

Kaitlyn Ludlam
Math Specialist
Kaitlyn is a Mechanical Engineer and a recent college graduate. She tutors part time for all levels of math and science. She has been tutoring for years and has a passion for making learning fun!
Kevin Ludlam
Managing Partner
Kevin holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, a Master of Business Administration, and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He has 33 years of experience and worked as an Electrical Engineer for the Department of Defense.
